We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our dance family, Tami Small! Recently returning from New York City, Tami brings with her a wealth of experience and a contagious passion for dance. She is set to inspire and elevate our dancers to new heights.

Tami began her dance journey in Ellet with Pat Lewis, later continuing her studies at The Akron Fine and Performing Arts Center with a variety of professional teachers. She has also trained with renowned instructors such as Carole Alexis, Tom Evert, Jeff Shade, and Madame Peff Modelski, among many others. Through her dedication and hard work, Tami has acquired an impressive background in both dance training and performance.

Before joining our team, Tami’s performing career spanned a wide range of disciplines, from musicals to classical theater, ballets, television, and film. Some of her favorite memories include performing with The Great Lakes Theater Festival and the Hudson Valley Dance Theater in New York. Her choreography has been showcased across the country, including at Tupperware Auditorium in Orlando, FL, and Town Hall Theater in NYC.

Beyond her technical prowess, Tami is passionate about teaching. She believes in nurturing each dancer’s unique potential, fostering a positive and encouraging environment where students can grow as both artists and individuals. Her teaching philosophy ensures that every class is not only educational but also empowering and fun.

We are excited for Tami to lead classes in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz. Her fresh perspective and innovative approach promise to bring new energy to our studio, pushing our dancers to achieve their best while embracing the joy of movement.

Please join us in welcoming Tami to our studio! We can’t wait to see the incredible impact she’ll have on our dance community.
